Data Deletion Instructions

Delete Your Account and Data

You can permanently delete your LottoBot account and all associated personal data at any time. This includes your email, password hash, OAuth provider IDs (Google / Facebook), API keys, and usage logs.

Option 1 — Self-Serve (Recommended)

Sign in and delete your account immediately from the account settings page:

  1. Log in to your LottoBot account.
  2. Go to Account settings.
  3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
  4. Type DELETE, confirm with your password, and submit.

Your account, API keys, sessions, and usage logs are removed immediately. Backups are purged within 30 days.

Option 2 — Email Request

Send an email to [email protected] from the email address registered to your account with the subject line:

We will:

  • Confirm receipt within 2 business days
  • Permanently delete your account and personal data within 30 days
  • Send a final confirmation email once deletion is complete

Option 3 — Facebook Login Users

If you signed up using Facebook Login, you can also revoke LottoBot's access through Facebook:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
  2. Find LottoBot Login in the list
  3. Click Remove

Revoking access stops Facebook from sharing new data with LottoBot, but does not delete data already stored. To delete that data, also send the email request above.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account email and password
  • Third-party sign-in identifiers linked to your account
  • All API keys issued to you
  • Usage logs tied to your account
  • Active sessions and login history

What Is Retained

Aggregate, fully anonymized usage statistics may be retained for service-quality and abuse-prevention purposes. No data retained can be linked back to your identity.
